Community Guidelines
SAISA is small and new. These are the rules that keep it useful and safe for everyone.
Be honest
- Describe your app truthfully. Say what it actually does.
- Do not pretend to be another person, another business, or SAISA staff.
- Do not promise money, jobs or results you cannot deliver.
Respect other people
- No harassment, threats, or abuse towards anyone.
- No content that attacks people for their religion, clan, gender, disability or background.
- No sexual content, and nothing involving children.
Keep it safe
- Do not link to malware, phishing pages, or anything that tries to steal accounts.
- Do not ask other users for their password, their mobile-money PIN, or a one-time code. SAISA staff will never ask for these either.
- Do not collect people's national ID, bank details or medical information through an app listed on SAISA.
No cheating the rewards
- One account per person. Do not create extra accounts to collect the welcome reward more than once.
- Following, sharing and referral links earn nothing on SAISA, so there is nothing to farm — and accounts created to try will be removed.
- Do not buy your own service to manufacture earnings.
What happens if you break these rules
- An app can be suspended and removed from the catalogue.
- A creator account can be suspended.
- During the pilot these decisions are made by the two founders, by hand.
- You can report any app using the Report button on its page. Reports are private.

These documents were written for a small pilot and have NOT been reviewed by a lawyer. They are not legal advice, and SAISA does not claim full legal compliance. They must be reviewed and replaced before SAISA handles real money or launches widely.
